Orders and uploaded content
If you place a store order, the details you provide are used to process that request. Learning resources published by administrators may be stored using Vercel Blob and made accessible to students.
Research Lab accounts and journal submissions
Research Lab stores your account details, protected password hash, project plans, saved papers, learning progress, webinar registrations and guidance requests. These are restricted to your account; the research team can review registration details and guidance requests. Manuscripts and PDFs remain private to their author and administrators during review. When an administrator publishes accepted work in Mediveerse Journal, its author names, affiliations, text, PDF and declarations become public. Do not upload patient identifiers or confidential clinical records. Video players load from YouTube only when you choose to load a lesson, and YouTube’s own policies apply. When you use Research AI, your academic question and course pathway are sent to the configured AI provider for source retrieval and review. Answers are saved to your Research Lab account. Administrators can inspect generated guidance and manage the shared AI controls.
Common Room accounts and learning activity
Student accounts store an email, a protected password hash and the profile details you provide. Names, course, year, college and interests appear on community profiles. Posts use the audience you choose. Messages, saved items, notifications and AI conversation history are restricted to the relevant account or room members. Community uploads use private file storage; access follows the audience of the linked post.
When you use Mediveerse AI, your prompt, selected discussion or room context, and any PDF you explicitly choose for analysis are sent to the configured AI provider. Do not include patient identifiers or confidential clinical records. Academic questions use medical web search and a separate automated AI review before answers are shown directly to you. Flashcard images are generated from reviewed study content, checked by the AI provider, and stored privately for your account. Administrators can inspect, edit and withdraw generated study material. Post and textbook drafts still require their author or editor to publish them. Community activity counts help measure participation and operate contribution scores; they do not include payment details.
Your controls
You can reject optional analytics or change your selection at any time through the Privacy settings control shown on the website. Clearing browser storage may reset your preference.
Service providers and security
